Precautions for using hot melt film

1. When removing the white adhesive (film), the machine tool should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid stains on sensitive fabrics. Alternatively, a cotton cloth can be used to cover the fabric surface and cut off the flower pattern to ensure safe use. Otherwise, black dead glue (film) will stick to the sweater or fabric and become waste, causing losses.

2. When using this product, it should be avoided to come into contact with engine oil. If it comes into contact with engine oil, it must be cleaned before the film can be peeled off to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the film.

3. The thickness, grade, and color of the product; The model, temperature, speed, and time of the melt adhesive (film) equipment are all related to the effect of the melt adhesive (film). It is recommended to confirm the experimental results according to the process conditions.

4. The process of melting glue (film) must check whether the debonding (film) effect meets the requirements (debonding (film) may affect the effect due to different fabric components), in order to avoid unnecessary losses.
