Each type of hot melt film has a certain storage period. In order to ensure that the performance of the hot melt film is not affected, the storage method is very important, and there are many factors that affect it. The specific storage and preservation requirements are as follows:

　　1. All hot melt films should be kept in good condition both inside and outside the packaging before storage, and clearly labeled with information such as category, specifications, storage time, weight, quantity, etc;

　　2. Storage should be done in a well ventilated, dry, cool, away from fire, away from light, and insulated;

　　3. The stacking requirements are small at the top and large at the bottom, light at the top and heavy at the bottom. Only the same type can be placed on one pallet, and the maximum stacking height should not exceed 150cm, and the total weight should not exceed one ton;

　　4. The storage temperature and relative humidity should be kept at room temperature as much as possible, with a storage temperature between 5 ℃ -40 ℃ and a relative humidity between 20% -75%;

　　5. In addition to the above storage requirements, water-soluble films should also be stored in a sealed manner to avoid moisture.

　　According to the above requirements, storage can guarantee a shelf life of 4-5 years or more.
