1. The heat sealing temperature is generally between 110-145 degrees, depending on your machine;

2. When packaging water-soluble films, the humidity in the workshop should be controlled at 50-60%;

3. The embossed film is divided into front and back sides. The smooth surface can be heat sealed, while the embossed surface cannot be heat sealed;

4. Unused membranes should be immediately resealed and stored to avoid exposure to air;

Note: The F-20 type belongs to the fast dissolving type, with a starting dissolution time of 20-30 seconds, while the J-20 type has a starting dissolution time of 50-70 seconds.
